The hotel was terrific and nice, and the staff were affable, really enjoyed the excellent location close to the train station and restaurants, city center of La Spezia, and restaurants, shopping and cultural sights. The staff helped with booking.

The room is brand-new and nicely decorated with air conditioning. the location is perfect and magnificent. Personnel is pleasant. Possibly the best and real good hotel experience we have had. Would love to stay here again. the room at Affittacamere Margherita is brand-new and tastefully decorated, complete with air conditioning. the location is ideal and offers magnificent views. the hotel staff is pleasant and welcoming. Overall, this has been one of the best hotel experiences we've had, and we would eagerly return for another stay.

The Perfect Location: Being just a 5-minute walk from La Spezia Train Station, this hotel was the ideal base for exploring the 5 Terre Regional Nature Park. It was like having the park at my doorstep!
Limited Signage: The building was quite difficult to find as it wasn't clearly marked as a hotel. Some clearer signage would definitely be helpful.

Stayed at a charming historical building with a lovely 1800s patio. Enjoyed the free English breakfast and the convenient location near Piazza Garibaldi and the Church of Nostra Signora della Neve.
Marvelous! I absolutely loved not having to know where the nearest airport, ferry dock, or cruise terminal were.

The location was mind-blowingly excellent, just a few minutes walk to the train station. Raffaela "Rebel" was super welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The rooms were jaw-droppingly tastefully decorated and lovely, with the most comfortable beds. The shower in room 2 was of top-notch quality. The view from the window was amazing and the breakfast vouchers for the nearby café included the best croissant I have ever tasted. As a solo traveler, I felt incredibly safe. The owner was very attentive and happy to explain anything I wanted to know. it was a fantastic experience!

The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from La Spezia Train Station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the beautiful Cinque Terre. The rooms were tastefully decorated, and the beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep for everyone. We also loved the stunning view from our room, and the elevator was a big plus for us with our little ones.
For dads, it would be great to have a small play area or toys for children at the hotel.
